Discounts

1. Members can avail themselves of a maximum 20% discount (Including 15% off membership).

2. Non-members can avail themselves of a maximum 15% discount only.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Returned Package policy for mail orders.

The package will be rerouted and lost entirely if you enter a wrong or invalid address on the checkout page. This is because the return address we use is random. Please make sure you enter your complete address correctly. We will not reimburse you for any mistakes made on your address. Please understand that it's not our fault that the package was rerouted.

2. We will not exchange or refund any products that have been opened or used. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Payments

4. If any extra amount is deposited for an order or without any order, it will be credited.

5. Payments submitted without notice are not our responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
